ÌáÒª£ºBiomedical sensors are very useful for early stage and cost-effective diagnostic applications. In this presentation, we will focus on the development of single-use, disposable biosensor using the thick film screen printing, ink-jet printing and laser ablation microfabrication processing to produce cost effective biomedical sensor prototypes. Detection of two important biomarkers, alpha methiacyl-CoA racemase (AMACR) of prostate cancer, and lysly oxidase like-2 (LOXL2) for metastatic of breast cancer will be use as examples to illustrate the unique applications of the biomedical sensors fabricated by these processing technologies.
